RELEASE RESENTMENTS COACHING
Releasing resentments is a powerful way to clear space in your mind, heart, body and spirit; positioning yourself for newer, brighter energy to enter and power your life. During and after a Release Resentments session, clients have reported that they have been able to find clarity around confusion, unload emotional weight, free themselves of fear and anxiety, and/or gain a sense of realignment and strong connection with their spirituality.
To start, you will choose a resentment you are currently experiencing. (The degree of the resentment can either be "surface", "significant" or "seething".) We will create a safe and supportive environment where you will learn a technique that allows you to look at the resentment as "an observer" (without detaching from yourself). As we gently work through the resentment's layers, new perspectives and insights will emerge that will help you release anything that doesn't serve you. Ultimately, you'll gain clarity around who you want to be, and how you want to live your life going forward.
When multiple resentments have been released, clients report undergoing massive transformation. If you feel you may have more than one resentment, consider investing in a package of sessions.

INTUITION COACHING
Intuition is when our four dimensions (mental, emotional, physical and spiritual) are optimal, balanced, and work in tandem to create the ability to experience beyond normal sensory contact. When we achieve this balance, our clair senses (clairvoyance, claircognizance, clairaudience, clairempathy, clairsentience, clairtangency, clairsalience, and clairgustance) will emerge. Once in a state of constant connection, we create opportunities for our intuition to power our lives.
Developing our intuition is first and foremost a multipronged process - there is no hard set way to approach each dimension; the order is customized and personal to you. All of our dimensions are connected, so even if we are isolating one to dive deeply, the others will also be affected by default. Your work will start with where you currently are, and can be ordered based on where your discomfort and blockages reside most.

Intuition mentorship is for:

Newer coaches who are currently attending a certified coaching school and want to strengthen their coaching skills;

Seasoned and or accredited coaches with a desire to take their coaching to a deeper and more impactful level;

Confident and masterful coaches who change lives, but believe they can be more intuitive during coaching sessions (and in life), but were never taught how;

Highly intuitive coaches, where clair senses routinely get activated, but they do not know how to control their abilities; or

Coaches that experience activity from the entire spiritual spectrum, but they do not know how to protect themselves from unwanted energy.

RELEASE RESENTMENTS CERTIFICATION PROGRAM (RRCP)
The Release Resentments Coaching Process is an agile step-by-step process that teaches Professional Coaches, HR Professionals, and Therapists how to successfully help their clients release resentments. This tool can be used with clients experiencing blockages rooted in resentment and can be adapted for large blockages unrelated to resentment that prevent clients from moving forward and achieving their goals. This process relies heavily on the ability to sense and interpret energy, lead with intuitive guidance, and use critical thinking skills to capture insights, all which will be strengthened within this course. At the end of this course, with full participation, each student will receive a certificate of completion and will be permitted to use the process with their clients.
